Who We Are

The Winter Family

We are a family who loves music – we play music, we teach music, we live music.

As siblings, we were blessed to grow up with parents who understood the value of a strong music education for their children. Our home was always full of music, whether it was a CD playing in the background or singing our favourite tunes throughout the day. We each started our musical journey with piano lessons and our parents continued to support us individually as we showed interest in a variety of different instruments. As a family we encouraged each other as musical opportunities began to come our way; attending concerts or pitching in to help out with a project became a normal occurrence. Scheduling in the growing hours of practice was as typical as timetabling a school day. Although none of us ever imagined we’d end up working in the music industry, somewhere along the way it became less a hobby and more a lifestyle, so here we are!

Our home continues to be full of music. We believe life is better with a soundtrack and that everyone should be able to have the chance to enjoy life-enriching music.
